             Department of Philosophy is established in 1961 of the beginning of the college. This department established by Br. B. K. Khardekar which is the founder member and first principle. Philosophy is well known subject in the world.  Philosophy goes through society change and revision of the traditions as well as rituals

 AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

  • To provide better alternative choice to those students who have passed their higher secondary examination.
  • To give clear understanding of concept of Philosophy.
  • To encourage the students to develop his attitude to philosophizing.
  • To encourage the students to enlighten of society through Philosophy.
  • To motivate take in Nex Hiser Education as M.A., M.Phil, PhD. ect.

For     3rd  cycle

Entry of the students in this college is open for all categories student, students passing XII the Arts examination as well as student passing (10+2) Minimum competency vocational course (M.C.V.C) are eligible for B.A. Part I for admission. In order to maintain socio-economic status, the students from SC-SC, OBC etc. Categories are admitted according to their respective government reservation quotes. The Government scholarship are awarded to such students.
